This full time Lead DevOps Engineer drives enterprise platform engineering across BMO. The work combines AWS architecture, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and operational reliability. You will partner with engineering, security, and operations teams while mentoring DevOps practitioners and supporting cloud-first delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise DevOps platforms, toolchains, and engineering standards
- Architect, deploy, and support scalable AWS solutions
- Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automation frameworks
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate deployments
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and AWS services
Requirements:
- Eight or more years in DevOps or cloud engineering
- Three or more years in technical leadership
- Large-scale AWS environment design and support experience
- Enterprise CI/CD pipeline and automation framework experience
- Experience in Agile software development environments
