Shape AI quality at Sony Interactive Entertainment through Python automation, model evaluation, and testing for ML-powered services and workflows.

This senior SDET role focuses on quality strategy, automation frameworks, and validation for AI-powered products. You will guide embedded QE efforts, manage dependencies, and coordinate with ML, engineering, product, and infrastructure teams. The work spans distributed systems and complex cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define quality strategies, test plans, and automation coverage for ML services
- Generate test cases using LLMs and AI-assisted techniques
- Validate model outputs, rankings, scores, prompts, and hallucination indicators
- Lead risk assessment, dependency management, and release readiness




- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release workflows

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Five-plus years as an SDET or QE engineer
- Experience testing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Experience with AI evaluation tooling or prompt evaluation frameworks
