About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead significant business transformation initiatives in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA. Key Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a strong asset.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on business transformation or change management projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-faceted transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, change management methodologies, and project governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing across various organizational levels.
