As an IT Technician II, you will resolve technical issues involving computers, phones, software, laptops, and mobile devices. You will also support junior technicians and escalate complex matters when required. The position serves users across company sites while improving help desk quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve questions received by phone and email
- Record incidents and solutions in the IT Service Management system
- Troubleshoot Windows, accounts, profiles, hardware, and mobile devices
- Prepare validated computers with operating systems and software
- Identify recurring problems and assist end users
Requirements:
- College degree in an IT-related program
- Minimum three years of related experience
- French and English communication skills
- Windows 10/11 and Cisco Phone Equipment knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
