As a Business Systems Associate, you will connect business stakeholders, developers, and operations teams throughout software development. You will address application bugs, maintenance concerns, and process improvements while becoming the MES subject matter expert. The work includes requirements elicitation, testing, ticket management, and data visibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline MES support and manage resolution tickets
- Document bugs, requirements, functionality, and user-facing changes
- Translate business needs into software requirements using BABOK techniques
- Design test plans and support current-feature testing




- Create Power BI dashboards and collaborate on automation initiatives

Requirements:

- One to three years in business analysis, technical support, or operations systems
- Advanced Microsoft tools knowledge, including DevOps, Excel, Power BI, T-SQL, and Visio
- Experience with software testing, bug documentation, and support pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree with zero to two years related experience
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods Program requirements
