Key Responsibilities:

- Gather functional and non-functional requirements through stakeholder workshops
- Analyse services, workflows, processes, and customer journeys
- Prepare user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria




- Facilitate collaboration across business and technical teams

Requirements:

- Understanding of business analysis and requirements documentation
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, user stories, and backlogs
