Drive national dental laboratory sales from a field-based position across Canada, using strategic account management and executive-level relationship building.

As Business Development Manager, Labs, you will grow incremental sales and market share across assigned national dental laboratories. Develop sales strategies, launch recent products, and implement scalable workflows with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and other functions. The role requires complex account management, commercial judgment, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets, quotas, and organizational performance indicators
- Negotiate with senior laboratory account decision makers
- Build strategic relationships across national laboratory organizations
- Translate business strategies into account sales plans




- Coordinate contracts, product support, pricing, and promotional initiatives

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of professional B2B sales experience
- National or complex account management experience preferred
- Dental laboratory, dental, orthodontic, or medical-device sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
- French-English bilingual proficiency and willingness to travel across Canada
