This senior post provides a first class clinical service within Trust procedures and service plans. You will lead specialty staff, supervise junior medical staff, and support training. The role includes clinical governance, continuous professional development, departmental management, teamwork, and strategic service development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a first class clinical service
- Lead staff engaged in the specialty
- Supervise and develop junior medical staff
- Participate in undergraduate teaching programmes
- Develop service subspecialisation and cross site strategy
