As Climate & Nature Business Partner, North America, you will lead this strategic agenda across the United States and Canada and help integrate climate, waste and nature priorities into operational performance, resilience and long-term business planning. You will work across country teams and functions to build alignment, strengthen accountability and enable better decisions that reduce environmental impact while supporting the business.

You will help the organization move forward on key topics such as emissions reduction, zero waste operations, resource efficiency, renewable investments, zero-emission deliveries and biodiversity. You will bring strategic perspective and practical leadership to ensure these priorities are embedded into how the business plans, invests and performs.

- Strengthen the integration of nature and biodiversity considerations into business practices and long-term planning.
- Use fact-based analysis, KPIs and risk-based insights to prioritize actions, track progress and support transparent decision-making.
- Influence and collaborate with global stakeholders across Ingka and Inter IKEA to help shape agendas and accelerate implementation.
- Build capability and understanding across the business through communication, training and cross-functional partnership.
