Lead multidisciplinary water design in Peterborough with Mott MacDonald Bentley, using technical leadership and digital innovation across major projects.
As Project Design Manager, you will shape clean water and water recycling schemes for the Anglian Water @One Alliance. You will guide design from concept through delivery, integrating civil, mechanical, electrical, and process disciplines. Your work will support sustainable infrastructure for the East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clean water and water recycling design delivery
- Develop plans covering scope, programme, cost, risk, and resources
- Define technical approaches and coordinate multidisciplinary design integration
- Drive three-dimensional and building information modelling-enabled digital design
- Champion low-carbon, nature-based, whole-life value solutions
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Solid design management experience in water or environmental infrastructure
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Understanding of water systems, pipelines, or treatment processes
- Design and build experience with communication and stakeholder skills
