Deliver exceptional client service at RBC in Ottawa as a Private Banking Associate focused on banking expertise and digital education. This full-time position supports clients through email, phone, and in-person service.

As a key Private Banking team member, you will create tailored experiences for Private Banking clients. You will fulfill incoming servicing requests, resolve concerns, and identify unmet needs through daily discovery. The role also champions digital education, transaction excellence, and prospect spotting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfill incoming servicing requests through email, phone, and in-person channels
- Resolve client concerns accurately at first point of contact
- Deliver tailored experiences to all Private Banking clients




- Champion digital education across clients’ preferred RBC channels
- Identify unmet needs through discovery during daily interactions

Requirements:

- Two to three years of banking experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- French, Mandarin, or Cantonese fluency is nice-to-have
