Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and accounting functions within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and financial regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.




- Support audits and collaborate with senior leadership on financial strategy and decision-making.
- Lead and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Experience with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in a quick-paced, operationally focused environment is an asset.
