Support students through NAIT’s hybrid Student Service Centre using active listening, problem-solving, and accurate information management. Training and regular work occur on campus.

This temporary Student Service Specialist position ends on or before May 28, 2027, with possible extension. You will serve prospective students, applicants, current students, alumni, and the public. The work includes admissions, enrolment, financial transactions, policies, procedures, and program selection. You will collaborate across NAIT’s program and service areas to support diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer admission, enrolment, financial, policy, and procedural questions
- Provide NAIT program selection information to potential students




- Review student accounts and coordinate enquiry resolution
- Support payments, enrolments, and other student transactions
- Respond through email, phone, chat, and in-person service

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
- High-quality service experience with diverse clients
- Empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Effective computer use, multitasking, and proficient typing
