The Practice Architect II is a senior hands-on architect directing customer engagement delivery. You will shape solution architecture, write production code, review designs, and lead distributed engineering teams. The work includes enterprise data, knowledge fabrics, retrieval architecture, agent security, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own agentic AI and full-stack architecture direction
- Translate requirements into scalable solution architectures
- Write production code across customer engagements
- Lead distributed engineering teams through production
- Explain technical risks and trade-offs to customers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Ten-plus years in software engineering and architecture
- Three-plus years as a lead or principal architect
- Two-plus years building production AI systems
- Production delivery across at least two listed clouds

Lead TEKsystems Global Services engagements through agentic AI architecture, production coding, engineering standards, and customer-facing technical direction.
