Use advanced Excel and Power BI to validate supplier banking data as a Calgary-based hybrid Supply Chain Analyst. Support high-volume requests across ERP systems.

This one-year assignment requires seven to ten years of supply chain, supplier onboarding, banking validation, or master data experience. You will support supplier onboarding and banking validation in a large-scale oil and gas setting. The work spans Oracle Cloud, SAP, Oracle EBS, SharePoint, and ServiceNow, with emphasis on master data governance and fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage supplier banking modification requests through SharePoint
- Validate banking details directly with suppliers by phone
- Update ServiceNow with approvals and rejections




- Perform banking data audits across ERP systems
- Report open, rejected, and approved request volumes

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years in relevant supply chain or data roles
- Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting skills
- Oracle Cloud, SAP, and Oracle EBS validation experience
- Master data governance and fraud prevention experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related discipline
