The Senior Fleet Specialist provides technical and program management for fleet operations. You will manage suppliers, support regulatory compliance, and align fleet assets with business requirements. The work spans lifecycle planning, reporting, procurement support, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop vehicle lifecycle strategies and replacement recommendations
- Monitor utilization, maintenance spend, and total ownership costs
- Manage suppliers, agreements, renewals, and performance issues
- Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and fleet performance reports
- Administer telematics and IVMS platforms for effective data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Five to eight years of progressive relevant experience
- Fleet lifecycle and total cost methodologies knowledge
- Supplier relationship and contract administration experience
- Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiency
