This Technical Support Specialist handles service desk and desktop support requests through phone, email, Microsoft Teams, Jira Service Management, and in-person inquiries. The work includes Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, VPN, MFA, and Windows laptops. You will prepare accounts and devices for employees while documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, VPN, MFA, and equipment
- Log, prioritize, resolve, and escalate Jira Service Management tickets
- Configure and deploy laptops using Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding accounts, devices,



and access
- Document solutions, procedures, and guides in Confluence

Requirements:

- Two or more years in technical, service desk, or desktop support
- Hands-on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot experience
- Windows laptop hardware, software, account, and connectivity troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite in Mississauga three days weekly
