As Store Manager, you will guide Front Counter staff, Tire Technicians, Journeypersons, Apprentices, and others. The position combines safety leadership, change management, sales, recruitment, cost control, and strategic planning. You will shape culture while driving performance and developing future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide and mentor Front Counter and tire service teams
- Manage profit and loss statements, budgeting, and inventory
- Prioritize operations and maintain exceptional customer experiences
- Drive customer and B2B sales relationships
- Promote safety protocols and team welfare

Requirements:

- At least three years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED and management training preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds as required
