This Construction Project Manager oversees a ground-up apartment project and additional ground-up and renovation work. The position requires construction management experience, estimating ability, subcontractor bidding expertise, and strong knowledge of HVAC and boiler systems. Responsibilities span budgets, schedules, documentation, permits, meetings, and site oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare scopes, RFPs, bid lists, and cost comparisons
- Estimate projects and prepare and follow project budgets
- Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project schedules
- Coordinate permits, closeout, meetings, correspondence, and change orders




- Review progress, quality, safety, requisitions, and superintendent performance

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of construction project management experience
- Experience working in occupied multifamily residential units
- Thorough knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and management techniques
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel; engineering or construction degree is a plus
