Baycrest is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the Virtual Behavioural Medicine (VBM) and Inpatient Behavioural Neurology Unit (4W) in Ontario. You will supervise interprofessional teams, drive program scaling, and ensure high-quality, protected care for older adults with dementia and complex behaviours.

The role reports to Clinical Services and Medical Directors, with responsibilities spanning operations, partnerships, and quality improvement in a provincial program network.
