This manager role leads actuaries and data scientists within TD’s Data & Analytics business. You will shape end-to-end machine learning solutions, support TDI Pricing stakeholders, and address traditional insurance problems. The work connects technical teams, business stakeholders, and Model Governance through scalable analytical frameworks and validation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead actuaries and data scientists toward high-impact analytical solutions
- Develop tailored solutions with TDI Pricing stakeholders
- Drive machine learning solutions from formulation through deployment




- Establish validation protocols with Model Governance teams
- Oversee concurrent workstreams and timely solution delivery

Requirements:

- At least seven years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field
- Programming proficiency and interest, preferably in Python
- Understanding of up-to-date machine learning techniques in insurance
- Advanced analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
