Lead transactional accounting operations remotely within Canada, applying CPA expertise across accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and financial controls.

This Accounting Operations Manager reports to the Controller and leads an experienced team of approximately eight to ten employees. You will oversee AP, AR, payroll, payment processing, compensation transactions, and internal controls. The work supports accurate financial operations, compliance, and effective finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, and support
- Review financing payments, debits, refunds, and payroll transactions
- Oversee intercompany billings and compensation financial statement accuracy




- Prepare year-end audit working papers and external documentation
- Strengthen procedures, internal controls, and process efficiency

Requirements:

- Mandatory CPA designation
- Five or more years of accounting experience
- At least two years managing, coaching, and developing teams
- Experience overseeing AP, AR, payroll, commissions, advantages, and controls
- Knowledge of ASPE and/or IFRS
