As LSI High Throughput Facility Manager, you will manage the Bio Core Facility supporting LSI, Bioproducts Institute, and ECOSCOPE initiatives. The position covers small molecule screening, enzyme discovery, high content screening, and automated library preparation. You will oversee technical, financial, legal, administrative, and reporting functions while maintaining critical infrastructure and supporting researchers and highly qualified personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage acquisition, operations, scheduling, and maintenance of core infrastructure
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and expand platform capabilities
- Forecast, monitor,



and report research milestones and facility operations
- Manage invoicing, cost recovery, and private sector service contracts
- Lead technical staff and coordinate scientific reporting

Requirements:

- Experience managing high-throughput screening or research core facilities
- Knowledge of automation, liquid handling, and screening infrastructure
- Ability to manage technical, financial, legal, and administrative functions
- Capability to coordinate researchers, project participants, and supporting agencies
- Ability to plan and present infrastructure prototyping experiments
