Design end-to-end ERP solutions at Avanade using functional design, configuration, and business process analysis across Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.

As an ERP Functional & Technical Consultant, you will bridge client business needs with platform capabilities. Lead requirements workshops, analyze processes, and translate needs into fit-gap analyses and functional designs. Guide configuration and delivery according to ERP best practices and Avanade standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements discovery workshops across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify functional gaps
- Configure master data, forms, views, rules, and workflows
- Define migration strategies, templates, and execution activities




- Deliver UAT, training, enablement, and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

- Experience translating business needs into functional solution designs
- Ability to advise clients on ERP best practices
- Collaboration with technical consultants on integrations and customizations
- Capability to create functional design documents
- Experience managing work items in project tracking tools
