As National Segment Manager, you will lead sales activities for products, systems, and services within assigned industry segments. You will improve sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction through market-based strategies, portfolio development, and collaboration. The role requires industrial fan knowledge across mining, healthcare, refrigeration, and data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute industry segment strategies for growth and profitability
- Define market presence, delivery models, and execution standards
- Drive revenue through penetration, innovation, and portfolio development
- Build strategic relationships with customers and industry influencers
- Lead teams through collaboration, improvement, and skilled growth
Requirements:
- At least five years as National Segment Manager or similar
- Knowledge of industrial fan applications across four listed industries
- Market Intelligence experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong commercial acumen connecting technical solutions with business objectives
- English communication; French is an asset
