Support residential property administration at JLL in Toronto’s Yorkville, using resident service, financial tracking, and compliance skills onsite daily.

The Property Administrator supports the Property Manager and Leasing & Resident Experience Manager. This contract position involves resident records, lease files, correspondence, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and regulatory support. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, in office five days weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain resident records, lease files, documentation, and office filing systems
- Prepare rent increases, N forms, lease agreements, and renewals
- Address resident inquiries and resolve or escalate complex issues
- Track rent, invoices, purchase orders, and monthly financial reports




- Prepare required notices and legal hearing materials

Requirements:

- Post secondary education; related college diploma preferred
- Two to five years property management or administrative support experience
- Solid organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Working knowledge of Ontario tenancy agreements and Residential Tenancies Act
