Diagnose hydraulic systems and maintain TITAN™ fracturing equipment as a Heavy Equipment Technician with BJ Energy Solutions in Clairmont, Alberta. Work rotation-based across facility and field locations.

This full time Heavy Equipment Technician or Mechanic role supports BJ Energy Solutions’ hydraulic fracturing fleet. Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and prepare mechanical systems, pumps, fluid ends, driveline assemblies, and support equipment. Registered apprentices and certified journeypersons are considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, service, maintain, and repair mechanical systems
- Repair pumps, fluid ends, hydraulics, drivelines, and cooling systems
- Complete preventive maintenance, lubrication, and condition checks
- Test repaired equipment with Operations before returning it




- Respond to field breakdowns and record maintenance work accurately

Requirements:

- Registered apprentice or certified Heavy Equipment Technician
- Experience maintaining heavy equipment or industrial mechanical systems
- Ability to diagnose hydraulic issues and interpret technical manuals
- Strong safety focus and accurate documentation skills
- Valid Class 5 non-GDL licence and rotational availability
