The Financial Reporting Supervisor oversees quarterly and annual statements, internal reporting, and reporting compliance. You will support board materials, coordinate audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position also contributes to forecasting, budgeting, controls, and technical accounting analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP
- Support board reporting packages and Audit Committee materials
- Coordinate external audits and quarterly reporting reviews
- Prepare monthly results, reconciliations,



and journal entries
- Supervise SEC filings, controls, forecasts, and budgets

Requirements:

- Five plus years of relevant financial reporting experience
- Managerial financial reporting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and reporting standards
- Financial software, ERP, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
