Lead AI governance for RBC by shaping architecture standards and building automation across enterprise AI platforms and capabilities.

As a Lead Data Scientist on Governance & Insights, you will establish standards, patterns, and certification criteria for safe, secure AI. You will create governance artifacts, maintain CALM and Agent Card standards, and support architecture review activities. The work combines strategic architecture with hands-on coding, tooling, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create patterns, standards, reference architectures, and technical whitepapers
- Manage CALM evolution across Athena, Nova, and Atlas
- Support the AI Architecture Review Board
- Track Agent adherence and report compliance
- Build governance tools, Agents, and MCPs

Requirements:

- Robust understanding of LLMs, agents, RAG, and AI infrastructure
- Hands-on coding, automation, and prototyping ability
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and API design
- Experience creating standards, patterns, or reference architectures
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and governance operations
