The Operations Manager leads day-to-day delivery, coaches Project Managers, and coordinates field teams across construction, restoration, emergency, commercial, healthcare, institutional, and insurance-related work. - Oversee projects from assignment through billing readiness and closeout

Requirements:

- Understanding of scheduling, documentation, safety, quality, contracts, and financials
- Strong communication, coaching, accountability, and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
