Provide primary medical care at Sea Mar Community Health Centers while delivering coordinated, comprehensive services through a collaborative care team.

This physician serves Sea Mar patients according to training, experience, certification, insurance, licensure, and established practice guidelines. The position supports culturally aware, client-centered care across a community-based FQHC network. Responsibilities include referrals, medication prescribing, hospital care, preventive health programs, and clinical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary medical care services to Sea Mar patients
- Deliver appropriate hospital and institutional care when required
- Refer patients to specialists or other services when necessary




- Prescribe or dispense medications within granted authority
- Participate in preventive health and clinical affairs programs

Requirements:

- Licensed M.D. or D.O.
- ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate residency completion
- Board certified or actively seeking board certification
- Board certification required within five years of residency
- English and Spanish bilingual ability preferred
