Lead IT testing and internal controls work as Manager, Internal Audit and ICFR Testing at HOOPP. Present complex audit issues to senior management.

This manager executes IT testing for HOOPP’s Internal Control over Financial Reporting program and supports the Internal Audit Plan. The position partners with IT, Finance, and Business groups to identify risks, recommend control improvements, and influence decisions. It works closely with the Senior Manager, Internal Audit and ICFR Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute IT testing for the ICFR program
- Verify controls mitigate IT and business risks
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and findings
- Prepare audit working papers within standards and deadlines
- Develop workable action plans with client management

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related business field
- CA, CPA, CGA, or CMA designation required
- Certified Information Systems Auditor designation required
- Minimum eight years executing and leading internal audits
- Expertise in ITGCs, EUC controls, and ICFR programs
