Lead commercial construction operations across Alberta using project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety leadership. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

The Superintendent will manage complex projects from ground-up construction through completion. Candidates need 5+ years of commercial construction leadership experience, including Superintendent-level projects valued between $5M and $20M. The work involves drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, reporting, and regulated construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily on-site commercial construction activities
- Plan and control projects from mobilization through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Track progress and prepare reports and schedules
- Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- 5+ years managing $5M to $20M projects
- Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents
- Solid leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Western Canada
