As a Facilities Technician II, you will repair building systems and structures while maintaining grounds and equipment. The work requires diagnostic skills, technical reading, safe tool operation, and independent task management. You will also guide Facilities Technician I staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Repair walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, doors, and windows
- Diagnose malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Maintain landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and parking lots
- Guide Technician I staff on procedures, equipment, and safety
Requirements:
