Serve as a strategic finance partner within a Canadian financial markets organization. Lead budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and executive reporting for technology. Shape business cases, ROI tracking, capitalization governance, and cost allocation while supporting cloud and GenAI consumption management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise the CIO and Leadership Team on technology spend
- Develop FinOps models for cloud and GenAI costs
- Track ROI for major technology investments
- Oversee IAS 38 technology capitalization governance
- Lead consolidated budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans

Requirements:

- 10-15+ years of progressive FP&A; experience
- Technology Finance, IT partnering, or FinOps experience
- Experience supporting cloud spend and investment planning
- Experience partnering with CIO, CTO, or technology organizations
- CPA preferred; MBA, CFA, or exceptional profile considered
