Reporting to the Finance Manager, this Finance Supervisor guides, trains, and assists Finance/Payroll Clerks. The position suits candidates with finance or payroll experience, Business or Accounting education, and supervisory experience. It also requires computerized accounting experience, organization, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Finance and Payroll Clerks during daily unit operations
- Guide, train, and assist Finance/Payroll team members
- Provide backup to the other Finance Supervisor
- Improve system and manual workflow processes




- Respond to changing priorities and meet targets

Requirements:

- Experience in Finance/Payroll or Business/Accounting post-secondary education
- Supervisory experience and advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience using a computerized accounting system
- Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and current criminal records check
