Build AI-enabled solutions and improve business processes as a Digital Transformation Intern with WELL Health Technologies. Work remotely, meeting twice monthly in Vancouver or Toronto.

Reporting to the VP, Business Transformation, you will support enterprise transformation across Finance, People and Culture, Legal, Marketing, and Clinic Operations. You will use Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Power BI, and Power Automate to understand processes, develop solutions, and measure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map current processes and identify lost time, quality, or data
- Assess opportunities and develop explicit business cases
- Build AI assistants, agents, automations, and workflows
- Test solutions with users, gather feedback, and refine
- Document launches, training,



controls, access, and handovers

Requirements:

- Undergraduate student returning to studies after placement
- Functional grounding in business, finance, human resources, or operations
- Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot
- Experience building automations, workflows, agents, scripts, or applications
- Availability for four or eight months beginning January 2027
