This full-time, permanent Director role leads research and development and technical services. You will guide formulation projects, reverse-engineering, cost reduction, sustainability advancement, and manufacturing support. Collaboration spans production, quality assurance, business development, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related scientific discipline
- Five to eight plus years of formulation experience
