You will supervise planned, scheduled, emergency, and breakdown work while developing team capability. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead crews executing planned, scheduled, emergency, and breakdown maintenance
- Coordinate assignments according to priority, availability, and team capability
- Reinforce safe practices through observations, talks, inspections, and investigations




- Coach employees, arrange training, and address performance matters
- Provide accurate work management, payroll, and reporting information

Requirements:

- Commitment to personal and team safety
- High school diploma and relevant trade or technical qualification
- Leadership experience supervising maintenance or production teams
- Experience coordinating planned maintenance and breakdown response
- Valid Class 5 provincial driver’s license
