Reporting to the Customer Solutions Senior Manager, the Customer Solutions Analyst acts as an operational partner for retail customers. You will monitor supply chain indicators, build relationships across customer functions, and translate complex data into recommendations. The work supports customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor product availability, service levels, inventory health, and forecast accuracy
- Develop actionable improvement plans for customer performance indicators
- Analyze dashboards and reporting tools to identify trends




- Investigate service challenges, inventory issues, and forecast variances
- Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations
- Minimum five years of relevant customer supply chain experience
- Experience using SAP in an Order-to-Cash environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting tool proficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
