The Project Manager oversees successful execution of external projects for Parklane Mechanical. You will coordinate engineers, customers, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturing, procurement, and production teams. The work emphasizes schedules, budgets, engineering standards, technical deliverables, client communication, and project risk control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update critical path schedules using Microsoft Project
- Coordinate engineering drawings, subcontractors, vendors, and onsite activities
- Analyze architectural, mechanical, equipment, and system drawings
- Troubleshoot onsite challenges and coordinate required site visits




- Manage change notices, invoicing, financial summaries, and client relationships

Requirements:

- Three to five years engineering or relevant construction experience in Ontario
- Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project
- Outstanding organizational, communication, technical, and detail-oriented skills
- International travel, client sites, stairs, ladders, and measuring devices required
