Lead financial reporting and operational insight as a Controller supporting fabricating companies in Kitchener or Sarnia, with regular travel between locations.

Reporting to the CFO, this Controller partners with company leadership and finance teams across custom plastic and metal manufacturing. The work covers monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, internal controls, and financial analysis. You will also lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central optimization and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely, complete, and accurate financial reporting
- Lead standardized month-end close and reconciliation procedures
- Own annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Deliver variance commentary and actionable financial insights




- Lead Business Central rollout, adoption, training, and optimization

Requirements:

- Five or more years in progressive controllership or reporting roles
- Manufacturing, industrial services, construction, or project-based experience preferred
- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations
- Solid Canadian GAAP or ASPE knowledge
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop finance teams
