Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex technology initiatives across Agile PODs, development teams, QA teams, and multiple vendor partners.
- Drive core Scrum and Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.
- Coordinate development and QA execution, proactively managing delivery risks, blockers, defects, dependencies, environments, and release readiness.
- Manage delivery across complex multi-vendor environments, ensuring clear ownership, alignment of priorities, and effective coordination between internal and external teams.
- Provide robust technical delivery leadership by working closely with architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on time and to required quality standards
