Apply behavioral science, research, and analytics as a Consultant at The Decision Lab, primarily in office in Montreal with some remote days. Translate evidence into practical client solutions.

This six-month contract supports projects connecting behavioral science theory with application. You will use psychology, behavioral economics, neuroscience, and sociology concepts across diverse challenges. The work combines desk research, experiments, stakeholder interviews, and qualitative and quantitative analysis for client-facing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Challenge client assumptions, intuitions, and prior knowledge
- Conduct desk research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
- Design research, experiments, and targeted fieldwork




- Synthesize findings into insights and user-friendly reports
- Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Two-plus years in management consulting or related work
- Professional experience in behavioral science or psychology
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
- Understanding of experimental design and statistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
