The Business Insights Specialist supports insider fraud detection and analytics at TD. You will examine employee activity, identify emerging threats, and inform monitoring improvements. The role partners with Fraud, Investigations, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Data Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze datasets for suspicious activity and emerging insider risks
- Optimize fraud detection scenarios through data-driven analysis
- Produce reporting on trends, performance, and risk indicators
- Automate analytics using Python and advanced SQL




- Present findings and recommendations to organizational stakeholders

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in fraud, financial crimes, AML, investigations, or risk analytics
- Advanced SQL, including joins, subqueries, and window functions
- Advanced Python using pandas and numpy
- Knowledge of fraud typologies, controls, and investigative processes
- Robust critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills
