Assistant F&B; Operations Manager — 6-Month Contract

Toronto Marriott Markham is hiring an Assistant F&B; Operations Manager to supervise daily food and beverage and culinary operations.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily food and beverage operations and monitor compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
- Order food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms; oversee staffing levels and equipment needs.
- Maintain operating budgets, payroll reports, and operational standards.
- Coordinate cleaning and self-inspection programs and recommend improvements.
- Monitor service quality, respond to guest concerns, and support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related area; or a relevant two-year degree and one year of experience.
