Lead Western Canada well servicing operations for Savanna Well Servicing, focusing on safety performance, rig utilization, and profitability. Significant travel is required.

As Operations Manager, you will report to the General Manager and direct hands-on regional field operations. Lead Field Superintendents, Coordinators, and Field Supervisors while managing people, equipment, materials, budgets, and client relationships. The role carries direct influence over regional strategy, P&L;, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional operations across Western Canada
- Develop Field Superintendents, Coordinators, and Field Supervisors
- Ensure worksites have appropriate people, equipment, and materials
- Maintain fleet compliance with NSC requirements
- Review P&L;, operating budgets, and AFEs

Requirements:

- 10–15 years of well servicing or oilfield experience
- Previous Field Superintendent experience
- Regional, Area, or multi-site leadership experience
- Robust safety record and leadership credibility
- Willingness to travel often across Western Canada
