Timber Ridge seeks a PGA of Canada professional to help define exceptional public golf. The Director of Golf delivers personal service, supports leagues and tournaments, develops golfer relationships, and contributes to retail, club repair, equipment service, and guest-facing presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver attentive service to guests, golfers, leagues, and tournament participants
- Create an organized, welcoming Golf Shop workplace
- Support leagues, championships, house events, and outside tournaments
- Build golfer relationships and understand valued guest experiences
- Assist with retail, club repair, equipment service,



and presentation

Requirements:

- PGA of Canada Class A membership or equivalent management experience considered an asset
- Three-plus years of management experience considered an asset
- Golf, retail, hospitality, customer-service, or related management experience
- Microsoft Excel, Golf Genius, Lightspeed Golf, or Monday.com experience considered an asset
- Relevant post-secondary education considered an asset
