ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Direct Business – Canada is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead national HR programs across Canada. You will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and oversee a regional team of HR Managers, guiding employee relations, compliance, compensation and perks, workforce planning, and M&A; integration. Based in Oakville, ON, this role is on-site four days a week with travel across branches (roughly 20–30%).
