As Senior Project Methodology Specialist and Agile Coach, you will support service transformation teams moving from traditional project management toward product-oriented delivery. You will work with Portfolio Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and project support roles. The focus includes Agile frameworks, backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess Agile maturity and create transition roadmaps
- Deliver customized Agile training sessions and workshops
- Guide sprint planning, user stories, and backlog processes




- Coach Product Managers and Business Analysts individually
- Track velocity, cycle time, and team throughput

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Agile I⁢ methods in large organizations
- Experience educating others in Agile methodology
- Solid communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Agile Coach or Scrum Master certification
- Professional background in OPS or regulated environments
